You realise that this young slip of a lady could just be a 'process ninjarette'?
She may, after weeks of standing around watching the same old disembarkation, followed by hordes of people getting on have thought to herself; "right... time to shake up the status quo a bit here", and is trying to improve the process efficiency?
Perhaps she was trying to encourage some kind of new bi-directional, synchronous filter method that allows people to get on and off against the usual asynchronous flow?
Shame on you :) [for not giving her a dead-leg for being such a rude upstart!]

Ha! I'll take my chances...I would like to add that if it was a big beefy bloke I'd have done the same thing. Whoever breaks the rules will feel the wrath of the ninja!
