Yep - with you on this one. Swimlanes may not be everyone's cup of tea - but are prevalent enough to be a must have feature. Disappointing to see ARIS still can't move on from EPC. That said - I could be really excited about it if they did add that feature.
The only other must have feature would be xpdl export, or preferably just BPMN 2.0 compliance with export capabilities, so that you can upgrade to the real thing easily. However I recognise the commercial dilemma this poses.
But as is - it's half pregnant.
